MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Tzimmes

     Yield: 12 servings

     3 lb Sweet potatoes; peeled, cut
          - in chunks
     2 lb Medium carrots; in 1/2"
          - chunks
    14 oz Pitted prunes (2 bags);
          - halved
     1 c  Orange juice
     1 c  Water
   1/4 c  Honey
   1/4 c  Brown sugar; packed
     2 ts Ground cinnamon
   1/4 c  Dairy-free margarine

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a greased 13x9" baking dish, combine sweet potatoes, carrots, and
 plums. Combine orange juice, water, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon;
 pour over vegetables.

 Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover; dot with butter. Bake until
 vegetables are tender and sauce is thickened, 45-60 minutes, carefully
 stirring every 15 minutes.
