MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Maror
Categories: Five, Vegetables
     Yield: 4 servings

     1 c  Horseradish root; peeled,
          - diced, 1/2" pieces -OR-
     1 c  Beet; diced, peeled, 1/2"
          - pieces
   3/4 c  Vinegar
     2 ts Sugar
   1/4 ts Salt

 Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process
 until the mixture is pureed. Cover the horseradish and store it in the
 refrigerator. That's all there is to the prep!
