     Title: Passover Pancakes
Categories: Passover, Brunch, Pesach brds
     Yield: 4 servings

     1    Egg
   1/3 c  Milk
   1/3 c  Matzah meal
   1/2 ts Sugar
   1/4 ts Salt

 Mix ingredients together. Melt margarine or oil in pan and fry
 pancakes. Serve with honey & margaringe.
