1 qt Chicken broth
3 tb Corn starch or potato starch
1/2 c Water -- +2 ts, cold
1 Egg
Bring broth to a boil. Dissolve corn starch in water and add to
broth. Bring to a boil again and remove from heat. Slowly pour in the
egg, stirring constantly in one direction only.
