1/2 lb Flour
4 oz Castor sugar
1 Egg
4 oz Lard
1 ts Baking powder
Pinch salt
SLAPAN SIR FON
Rub the fat into the flour and add the other dry
ingredients. Beat the egg lightly and add with enough
milk to make a soft rolling consistency. Bake spoons-
ful of the mixture on a greased griddle.
