MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Fairy Butter
Categories: Scottish, Butter
     Yield: 1 Batch

     2 lg Eggs; hard-boiled, yolks
          -only
 3 1/2 oz Butter (100 g); softened
     5 oz Icing sugar (140 g); sifted
     1 tb Orange flower water

 Beat the yolks and butter together.

 When well amalgamated, stir in the sugar and flower water, beating
 until smooth.

 Notes:

 Use for chocolate cakes, with Christmas pudding instead of brandy
 butter, or on hot pancakes.
