                     Spaghetti With Garlic and Oil

    1/2  c             White wine
                       Salt and pepper -- to taste
    1/4  c             Olive oil
 16      oz            Thick spaghetti --
                       - cooked per pkg directions
  2      tb            Butter
  3      tb            Garlic -- chopped
                       Cheese -- grated, for serving
  2      tb            Fresh parsley -- chopped

Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sautee for 5 minutes on
low. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with pasta and garnish
with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with
crusty bread and salad.
