1 Green bell pepper -- sliced
28 oz Can Italian peeled tomatoes --
-drained and cut up
1 lb Italian sausage -- cut in 2"
-chunks
2 cl Garlic -- minced
3 lb Chicken -- cut up
1 tb Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
1/2 ts Black pepper
Put pepper, tomatoes, and sausage chunks in a baking pan and
sprinkle with garlic. Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with
olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour
and 15 minutes, until tender, basting frequently.
