     Title: Italian Bread
Categories: Breadmaker, Italian
     Yield: 1 Loaf

     1 pk Yeast
     3 c  Bread flour
     1 ts Salt
     2 tb Sugar
     2 tb Butter; room temperature
     1 c  Water; -1 tb, hot
          Egg beaters; substituted for 2 whites
   1/2 c  Parmesan cheese
          Oregano
          Basil
          Garlic; chopped

 Use DAK french bread cycle.  This makes a high, light wonderful
 loaf to eat with your favorite pasta or parmesan recipe.
