MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Pastsa Fagioli I
Categories: Pasta, Beans, Italian
     Yield: 4 Servings

     3 ea Garlic cloves, minced
     4 T  Olive oil
    28 oz Can crushed tomatoes
          Salt & pepper
     1 t  Oregano
    15 oz Can cannellini beans
     1 lb Ditalini, cooked firm
          (reserve one cup liquid)
          Grated cheese
          Red pepper flakes

 Saute garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer 15
 minutes. Add oregano and cannellini beans, simmer 10 minutes longer.
 Add cooked ditalini and some reserved cooking liquid, if needed;
 stir. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve wih grated cheese and red pepper
 flakes to taste.
