MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Italian Summer Salad
Categories: Tested, Easy, Picnic
     Yield: 20 Servings

     1 md Head cauliflower
          -cut into florets
     1 md Bunch broccoli
          -broken into florets
     1 md Yellow Bell Peper; julienned
     1 md Red Bell Pepper; julienned
     1 md Orange Bell Peppe-julienned
     1 md Red onion, halved/sliced
     8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
     1 md Container grape tomatoes
 1 1/2 c  Italian dressing (See Note)
          (more or less to taste)

          Other versions of this salad
          Suggest adding sliced
          Pepperoni.

 NOTE:  Salad Dressing - I used a Kraft "Light Done Right" dressing
 "House" Italian - worked better than "Zesty" flavor.

 In large bowl, combine vegetables and cheddar cheese.  Add salad
 dressing toss to coat.

 Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

 Serve with slotted spoon.

 NOTE:  Makes a BIG Bowl of salad, probably have to cut down on volume.
