MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Fried Squid II
Categories: Italian, Shellfish
     Yield: 6 Servings

     3 lb Squid, cleaned
     2 T  Milk
     2 lg Eggs, beaten
 1 1/2 c  Bread crumbs
          Salt/pepper
          Olive oil
          Marinara or Cocktail sauce

 Cut squid in 1" rings. Combine eggs and milk. Combine salt/pepper and
 bread crumbs. Dip squid in egg mixture, then dredge through bread
 crumb mixture. Let coated squid stand while oil heats. Fry 8-10
 pieces ata a time in olive oil until light brown. Remove with slotted
 spoon, let drain on paper towels. Serve with sauce for dipping.
