2 c Fruit, diced
1 c Sugar
1 qt Gelato alla vaniglia recipe
To add fruit to a basic vanilla ice cream, mix fruit
and sugar and let stand for two hours until sugar has
dissolved. Then place in refrigerator until
thoroughly chilled. When ice cream is about half way
through the freezing process, stop and add fruit.
Continue until frozen.
