1 pound Commercial lasagne
3 cups Tomato sauce; up to 4 cups
1 cup Ricotta salata, pecorino or
- parmesan cheese; grated
Cook lasagne according to package directions until al dente. Prepare
or heat tomato sauce. Drain lasagne and transfer to a serving bowl
or platter. Toss with tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
