  4      md            Potatoes -- peeled and boiled
  3      tb            Butter -- to taste
    1/2  ts            Salt -- to taste
    1/8  ts            Black pepper -- to taste
    1/4  c             Milk
  2      tb            Sour cream
  8      oz            Kale -- cooked and chopped
  1      tb            Onion -- grated

Mash potatoes with butter, salt, pepper, milk, and sour cream until
light and fluffy. Stir in kale and grated onion. Serve at once.
