  3      tb            All-purpose flour
  1      pn            Salt
  1      ts            Vegetable oil

Mix egg with flour and salt. Spoon mixture into boiling soup, using
1/4 ts at a time. Cook in the soup for 2 to 3 minutes just before
serving.
