MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Greek Breakfast Casserole

     Yield: 6 servings

   1/2 lb Italian sausage
   1/2 c  Bell pepper; chopped
     1    Shallot; chopped
     1 c  Water-packed artichoke
          - hearts; rinsed, drained,
          - chopped
     1 c  Fresh broccoli; chopped
   1/3 c  Sun-dried tomatoes (not
          - packed in oil); chopped
     6 lg Eggs
     6 lg Egg whites
     3 tb Milk
   1/2 ts Italian seasoning
   1/4 ts Garlic powder
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/3 c  Feta cheese; crumbled

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a large skillet, cook sausage, green pepper, and shallot over
 medium heat until sausage is no longer pink, 8-10 minutes, breaking
 sausage into crumbles; drain. Transfer mixture to an 8" square
 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with artichokes,
 broccoli, and sun-dried tomatoes.

 In a large bowl, whisk eggs, egg whites, milk, and seasonings until
 blended; pour over top. Sprinkle with feta.

 Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center comes out
 clean, 45-50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
