1 lb Lean ground pork
1 sm Onion; chopped
2 cl Garlic; up to 3 cl
2 c Tomatoes; coarsely chopped
1 c Chicken broth
Crushed red chili flakes
Dried basil
Fresh rosemary
Fresh basil
Brown ground pork in a little olive oil.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic.
Saute until onions are tender. Add the chopped tomatoes, dried basil,
chili flakes, rosemary, and chicken broth. Season with salt and
Pepper, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
