MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mung Bean Dessert (Che Dau Xanh)

     Yield: 2 Servings

   1/2 c  Green mung beans
     4 c  Water
     3 tb Sugar; or to taste
     2 tb Coconut cream powder

 Wash and rinse mung beans several times.

 Place beans in a pot with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to
 low and simmer with lid on pot for 45 minutes until beans are tender.
 Add sugar and coconut milk and stir. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

 Serve hot or cold.
