MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Nuoc Tuong (Yellow Bean Sauce)

     Yield: 2 Cups

   3/4 c  Dried yellow soy beans
          - (120 g); boiled, drained
     2 tb Thick coconut milk
     2 tb Unsalted peanuts; roasted,
          - ground
     2 ts Sugar
     3 cl Garlic
     1    Finger-length red chili;
          - deseeded
     2 tb Lemongrass; sliced
     1 c  Water (125 ml)
     2 tb Oil

 Grind all the ingredients, except the oil, in a blender until smooth.
 Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and stir-fry the mixture
 until fragrant, then simmer for about 2 minutes and remove from the
 heat. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
