     3    Shallots; minced
   1/4 c  Peanut oil
     3 tb Nuoc mam sauce
     2 tb Sugar
   1/4 ts Bouillon powder
   1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper

 Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Makes about 3/4 cup
