MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Larb Gai

     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 lb Ground chicken
     2 tb Oil
     2    Shallots; thin sliced
     2    Green or red fresh chilies;
          - seeded, chopped
     2 cl Garlic; minced
     2 tb Lime juice
     3 tb Fish sauce
     1 tb Sweet chili sauce
     2 ts Brown sugar
     2 ts Sriracha chile sauce
   1/4 c  Fresh cilantro leaves
     2 tb Fresh mint; minced
          Cooked sticky rice; hot
          Boston lettuce leaves
          - (optional)

 In a large skillet, cook chicken over medium heat until no longer
 pink, 8 to 10 minutes, breaking it into crumbles; drain. In the
 same skillet, heat oil over medium heat.  Add shallots and chiles;
 cook and stir until tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Add garlic; cook
 1 minute longer.

 Stir in the cooked chicken, lime juice, fish sauce, chili sauce,
 brown sugar, and Sriracha. Cook and stir until heated through. Stir
 in cilantro and mint. Serve with rice, and lettuce leaves if
 desired.
