8 oz Beef; thinly sliced beef
2 oz Fresh Thai basil; chopped
3 oz White onions; sliced
3 oz Bell peppers; sliced
3 oz Fish sauce
1 1/2 oz Chili pepper sauce
3 oz Stock
1/8 ts White pepper
Heat and season your wok. Add the Beef first. Cook for 30 seconds.
Next, add the vegetables along with the basil, cook for another
45 seconds. Season with the chili sauce, white pepper and fish
sauce. Deglaze the wok with stock and serve.
