                              Thai Chicken

  1      md            Chicken -- cut up
    3/4  c             Chunky peanut butter
    1/2  ts            Sesame oil
  1      ts            Fresh ginger -- minced
    1/8  c             Water -- warm
  1 1/2  ts            Chili paste
  1      ts            Honey
  3                    Scallions -- chopped
    1/8  c             Soy oil

Mix all ingredients except chicken to make sauce. Alternate adding
soy oil and water to finish. Brown chicken 10 minutes each side at
400 F. Coat with sauce and make at 350 F for 20 minutes.
