MMMMM----   Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Singapore Noodle Curry Shrimp

     Yield: 6 Servings

   2/3 c  Chicken broth
     1 tb Oyster sauce
 1 1/2 tb Soy sauce
 1 1/2 ts White sugar
     3 tb Peanut oil
 1 1/2 ts Curry powder
     1 cl Garlic; minced
     1 ts Fresh ginger root; minced
     1 sm Red bell pepper; diced
     1 sm Red onion; chopped
     4    Green onions; in 1" pieces
    12 oz Bag frozen cooked cocktail
          - shrimp (U60)
 1 1/2 c  Frozen baby peas
     8 oz Rice noodles; in 3" pieces,
          - soaked

 Combine chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar in a
 small bowl; set aside.

 In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add curry
 powder, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add peppers,
 onions, and scallions; stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in chicken
 broth mixture and bring to a boil over high heat. Add shrimp and
 peas, and cook until hot. Add noodles, and cook until the dish is
 heated thoroughly. Serve immediately.
