     Title: Sauce for Bulgogi - Yangnyum Kanjang *

     Yield: 6 Servings

   1/4 c  Light Soy Sauce
     2 tb Water
     1 tb Rice Wine Or Chinese Brown
          - Vinegar
     1 tb Finely Chopped Green Onions
   1/2 ts Crushed Garlic
 1 1/2 ts Chili Sauce
 1 1/2 ts White Sesame seeds, Toasted
          - And Ground

 Mix allingredients and divide the sauce among several small dishes.
 It can be prepared up to a day in advance and stored in a covered
 container in the refrigerator.
