     Title: Dwaejigogi-Bokkeum (Spicy Stir-Fried Pork)

     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 lb Pork belly; cut into bite
          -size pieces, (1/8" thick)
   1/4 c  Hot pepper paste
          -(gochujang)
     1 tb Soy sauce
     1 tb Sugar
     2 tb Hot pepper flakes
          -(gochu-garu)
   1/4 ts Ground black pepper
     1 tb Toasted sesame oil
     5 cl Garlic; minced
     1 ts Ginger; minced
     1 md Onion; sliced
     4    Green onions; sliced
     1 ts Toasted sesame seeds

 Dwaejigogibokkeum is sometimes called jeyuk bokkeum or even
 dwaejibulgogi bokkeum. This recipe is very easy, delicious, and fast!
 You can make a huge plate of dwaejigogibokkeum in 20 minutes!

 Heat up a large, thick skillet (or pan) over medium high heat.

 Add pork, hot pepper paste, soy sauce, sugar, hot pepper flakes, black
 pepper, and toasted sesame oil.spicy stir fried pork

 Mix it well, stirring with a wooden spoon. Cook it for a few minutes
 until the pork is well mixed with the seasonings.

 Add garlic, ginger, onion, and green onions. Stir and cook for 12 to
 15 minutes until the pork is fully cooked and juicy and a little
 crispy.dwaeji-bokkeum stir

 Transfer to a serving plate and serve with rice, kimchi, lettuce,
 ssamjang, and more side dishes.
