MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Japanese Steakhouse-Style Ginger Sauce
Categories: Five, Sauces, Vegetables, Herbs
     Yield: 1 Cup

   1/2 c  Japanese soy sauce *
   1/4 c  Rice vinegar
     1 sm Onion; sliced
     1 sm (1") pc fresh ginger root;
          - sliced

 Place all ingredients in an electric blender and set at
 high speed. Blend 2 minutes or until onion and ginger are
 almost pulverised.

 * Kikkoman is made both in Japan and in Walworth, WI. I
 have been unable to detect any differences in them
 beyond the price and (sometimes) the kanji characters on
 the Made in Japan version. -- UDD
