MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Teriyaki Chicken
Categories: Chicken, Japanese
     Yield: 1 Batch

   500 g  Chicken; cut into strips
   1/4 c  Dark soy sauce
   1/4 c  Sake wine
     2 tb Mirin wine
     1 tb White sugar
   1/4 c  Sake wine
     2 tb Mirin wine
     1 tb White sugar
          Toasted sesame seeds

 Combine soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar in a small saucepan over
 medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.

 Remove from heat and let cool.

 Marinade chicken pieces using the sauce, leave overnight or at least
 an hour.

 Grill or broil until chicken pieces are done and slightly crisp.

 Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds before serving.

 Serve over rice or noodles.
