     1    Chicken; cut into pieces
     2 c  Coconut milk
     5    Blimbing wuluh; up to 10
          -(optional)

 Cook chicken parts, blimbing wuluh, spices (shallots, salt, garlic,
 palm oil, pepper, coriander, cumin, lemongrass, ginger, lime leaf,
 galangal, bay leaf), and cup coconut milk in 3 cups water until
 tender.

 Add remaining coconut milk and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
