   800 g  Chicken
   500 ml Coconut milk
   500 ml Evaporated milk
     4 cl Garlic; thinly sliced
     5    Shallots; thinly sliced
     1    Cinnamon stick (3 cm)
     1    Star anise
     3    Cloves
     3    Cardamoms

MMMMM-----------------------GROUND SPICES----------------------------
     5    Shallots
     2 cl Garlic
    10    Red chilies
     2 tb Coriander; fry without oil
     2 ts Cumin; fry without oil
   1/2 ts Aniseed; up to 1 ts, fry
          -without oil
     1 ts Turmeric; chopped
     1 tb Ginger; chopped

 Saute shallots and garlic until they are soft.

 Add ground and dry spices, mix evenly.

 Cook until fragrant, then mix with chicken until changes color.

 Pour in coconut and evaporated milk, stirring to prevent the coconut
 milk from separating.

 Reduce heat and simmer, stirring from time to time until the chicken
 is tender, the stock is fully absorbed, and the gravy is thick.
