MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chicken Curry Powder

     Yield: 1 Batch

     5    Dry red chiles
     1 tb Fennel seeds
     2 tb Cumin seeds
     1 ts Peppercorns
     4    Cardamom pods
   1/2 ts Fenugreek seeds
     1    Cinnamon stick (1-1/2")
     1 tb Uncooked white rice
     1    Curry leaf sprig
     5    Cm Pandan leaves; up to 7 cm

 Dry roast the whole spices in a medium frying pan over a low heat for
 a few minutes.

 Mixture changes color and becomes fragrant.

 Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

 Put the spices in a coffee grinder and grind to a fine powder.

 Store in an airtight container.
