     Title: Chilli Ginger Sauce

     Yield: 3 /4 cup

     4    Red chillies; sliced
     1    Ginger piece (3 cm /
          -1-1/4"); sliced
     3 cl Garlic
     5 tb Water
 1 1/2 tb Sugar
 1 1/2 tb Lime juice
     1 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Sesame oil

 Preparation time: 10 minutes

 Grind the chillies, ginger, garlic with water in a mortar or blender.
 Season with the sugar, lime juice, salt, and sesame oil. Keeps in the
 refrigerator for 1 week. Serve with chicken rice.
