MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Tomato & Potato Curry (Jaffna Style)

     Yield: 1 Batch

   1/2 lb Potatoes; steamed
   1/2 lb Tomatoes
     1    Onion
   1/2 ts Curry powder
     1 c  Milk
     1 tb Ghee
          Salt

 Boil the potatoes, cut into small piece chop tomato and onion and
 fenugreek seed in the ghee for 5 minutes. Add the potato and stir,
 then add the tomatoes and stir for 5 minutes. Add curry powder, milk,
 salt, and simmer for 15 minutes.
