MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Peas & Paneer
Categories: Indian
     Yield: 1 Batch

          Fresh ginger (3")
     3 tb Salt
     3    Green peppers
     1 tb Ground cumin
     3    Tomatoes; sliced
     1 c  Yogurt
     3 lb Green peas
     2 tb Tomato paste
     1 ts Cumin seed
     1 tb Sugar
     1 tb Cayenne
     2 qt Water
     1 tb Coriander
     1 ts Turmeric
          Ghee
     1 lb Paneer cheese

 Roast cumin seed a little in dry pan before adding. Cover bottom of
 pan with ghee. Add spices while heating. Add tomatoes, ginger, and
 green pepper puree. Saute for a few minutes. Add tomato paste, sugar,
 peas, and water. Boil until peas and tomatoes are well cooked. Slice
 paneer into 1/2" cubes and add to the boiling vegetables.
