MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mushroom Curry (Jaffna Style)
Categories: Indian
     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 lb Mushrooms
     1 tb Ghee
     1    Onion
   1/2 tb Coriander powder
     1 ts Cumin seed
   1/8 ts Turmeric
     1    Green chile
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Fenugreek seeds
     1 tb Lime juice

 Slice the mushrooms. Chop onions and chile. Fry onion until clear, add
 fenugreek seeds, and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook
 another 5 minutes. Add salt and spices, stir, and simmer until
 tender. Finish with lime juice.
