MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Kidney Bean Curry
Categories: Indian
     Yield: 1 Batch

     8 c  Cooked beans
          Ghee
     4 cl Garlic; minced
          Fresh ginger (1/2"); minced
     1    Onion; chopped small
     1 tb Fennel seed
     2 ts Cayenne powder
     1 tb Anise seed
     1 tb Caraway seed
   1/4 c  Tamarind
   1/4 c  Soy sauce
     2 c  Yogurt
   1/2 c  Dark chili powder

 Saute onion in ghee. When onion is soft, add garlic and ginger. Next
 add rest of spices. When thoroughly mixed, add yogurt. Add sauce to
 beans.
