MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Fancy Potato Curry

     Yield: 4 Servings

     2    Potatoes
   1/2 ts Cumin seed
   1/2 ts Mustard seeds
   1/2 ts Black pepper
     2 cl Garlic
     2 c  Yogurt
   1/4 ts Cardamom powder
   1/2 c  Fresh cilantro
     1 ts Fresh ginger; finely chopped
   1/8 ts Ground cloves
   1/4 ts Cinnamon powder
     1 ts Salt
     3    Tomatoes; chopped
     1 tb Ghee
   1/8 ts Turmeric powder
     1 tb Butter

 Chop and steam the potatoes. In a separate pot, heat the ghee and pop
 the mustard seeds, then the cumin seed. Add the butter and remaining
 spices; heat for a couple of minutes. Then add the garlic, ginger,
 cilantro, and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are done. The garlic,
 ginger, and cilantro may be blended in a blender with a little ghee.
 Add yogurt and salt and heat until warm, then mix well with the
 potatoes.
