MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Extra Sweet Sweet Potato Curry
Categories: Indian
     Yield: 24 Servings

    10 lb Sweet potatoes; diced
 1 1/2 c  Ghee
 4 1/2 tb Coriander powder
     1 ts Nutmeg
     2 ts Cinnamon powder
 1 1/2 ts Cloves
     5 c  Milk
     2 tb Salt

 Dice sweet potatoes and steam until cooked, 10 to 15 minutes. Heat
 ghee in a pan and mix in the spices. When the spices become aromatic,
 add milk. Do not boil. While the milk is warming check sweet potatoes
 and, if ready, strain off and set aside. Remove the milk & spice
 mixture from the fire and pour over the sweet potatoes.
