MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Kulfi
Categories: Icecream, Indian
     Yield: 1 Batch

     2 l  Milk
     5    Cardamom pods; up to 6,
          - ground
   1/3 c  Sugar

 Boil milk until it has about 1/3rd of the original volume.

 Add ground cardamom and sugar, stir well.

 Freeze mixture after cooling to room temperature.
