MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Tomato Curry (Jaffna Style)
Categories: Indian
     Yield: 1 Batch

     1 lb Tomatoes; diced small
 1 1/2 tb Coconut milk
     1    Onion; chopped small
     2    Green chiles; chopped small
     1 tb Ghee
          Salt

 Heat ghee and saute onion and chilies for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and
 stir for 5 minutes, then add coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes
 more.
