     Title: Beet Vegetable Curry
Categories: Indian
     Yield: 1 Batch

     3 c  Vegetables
     2 ts Chiles; pounded
     1 ts Garlic; pounded
   1/2 c  Thick coconut cream
     2 tb Ghee
          Salt
     1 ts Cumin seed
     1    Onion

 Saute sliced onion in ghee, add vegetables (small pieces of carrot,
 beet, beans, peas and potatoes) and spices. Add coconut cream, close
 lid, cook until done.
