     Title: Beet Curry (Jaffna Style)
Categories: Indian
     Yield: 3 Servings

     1 lb Beets
 1 1/2 c  Tomato
     1    Onion
     2    Green chiles
          Salt
   1/8 tb Chili powder

 Chop beet and onion. Boil in milk for 15 minutes. Add the chili
 powder and salt and stir. Simmer 5 or 10 minutes more; add lime juice
 before serving.
