Title: Coconut Milk Fudge

1/4 c Ghee
1/4 c Jaggery
3/4 c Coconut; freshly grated
3/4 c Whole dry milk powder
1 ts Green cardamom powder
1/2 ts Nutmeg
Melt ghee and jaggery over medium heat. Stir in milk powder, coconut,
cardamom, and nutmeg. Press mixture into a lightly buttered tray.
Refrigerate until hard. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
