MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mango Lassi

     Yield: 2 Servings

     1 c  Plain yogurt
     1 md Mango; peeled, diced
     2 c  Ice cubes
     3 tb Sugar
     5    Fresh mint leaves
     2    Cardamom pods; crushed
          - (optional)

 In a blender, combine the yogurt, mango, ice, sugar, mint leaves
 and, if desired, cardamom pods. Cover and process for 30 to
 60 seconds or until blended. Pour into 2 chilled glasses; serve
 immediately.
