MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Tandoori Chicken

     Yield: 6 Servings

 1 1/2 c  Plain Greek yogurt
     3    Chipotle peppers in adobo;
          - minced
     1 tb Fresh ginger; minced
     1 tb Garlic; minced
     1 ts Paprika
     1 ts Cinnamon
     1 ts Salt
   3/4 ts Fennel seed
   3/4 ts Ground fenugreek
   1/2 ts Ground turmeric
   1/2 ts Ground coriander
   1/4 ts Ground cloves
   1/4 ts Pepper
     6    Chicken thighs; bone-in

MMMMM----------------------HONEY-LIME SAUCE---------------------------
     2 tb Water
     2 ts Honey
     3 tb Lime juice
     1 tb Fresh cilantro; chopped

 Whisk together the first 13 ingredients until blended. Pour 1 cup
 marinade into a shallow dish. Add chicken; turn to coat.
 Refrigerate, covered, at least 3 hours or overnight. Cover and
 refrigerate remaining marinade.

 Set oven @ 375 F/190 C.

 Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Bake chicken in a greased
 15x10x1" baking pan until a thermometer reads 170 F, 20 to
 25 minutes.

 Meanwhile, to make sauce, simmer reserved marinade, water, and
 honey in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat;
 stir in lime juice and cilantro. Serve chicken topped with sauce.
