MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pork Neck Cooked in Chai Masala Infused Milk
Categories: British, Indianish, Pork, Spice, Crockpot
     Yield: 4 Servings

     1    Pork neck
     2 l  Whole milk
     4    Star anise
    10    Cardamom pods
     1 tb Black peppercorns
     2    Sticks of cinnamon
     8    Cloves
          Knob of ginger
          Salt

 Season the neck fillet and sear until golden.

 Place neck in a slow cooker with the spices and milk.

 Simmer for 3 hours until the pork is tender.

 Transfer pork into an oven dish and blast for 20 minutes to help the
 milk to caramelise.

 Serve with rice and greens.
