     Title: Moghul Masala

     Yield: 6 servings

     2    Cinnamon sticks (1");
          -crushed
     1 tb Whole cloves
     1 tb Black peppercorns
     1 ts Nutmeg; grated
     2 oz Green cardamom pods;
          -seeds of

 Grind spices to a fine powder in a coffee grinder or with a pestle
 and mortar. Store in a small, airtight container for up to 2 months.
