24 Pineapple wedges
24 sl Bacon (4")
6 sl Buttered toast; trimmed,
- in 2" squares
Place a scallop and a pineapple wedge at opposite ends of each
bacon strip. Roll tips toward the centre so that the scallops and
pineapple are wrapped in bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
Broil until bacon is crisp, about ten minutes, turning to brown all
sides. Place with toothpick end in square of bread.
