     Title: LUMPIA DIPPING SAUCE

     3    Garlic cloves; minced
   1/8 ts Salt
   1/4 c  Vinegar
   1/8 ts Pepper

 Combine all ingredients; serve with hot lumpia.  Makes
 about 1/4 cup.
